How to love yourself and become invincible, immortal and super rich!

Doesn’t this post title sound AMAZING?! Right! Probably too amazing, making you seriously doubt this whole thing and scroll onwards to something else. If this post had the intention of selling you magic pills or involve you in a crazy ponzy scheme you’d probably be best off scrolling. Luckily, at least for me but probably also you, this is not that kind of bogus.

Basically I’m telling you that if you learn to love yourself unconditionally, you’ll be able to tackle anything in good or bad. That’s the easy part.

Now learning to actually love yourself and to grow into unconditional love is harder and takes a little more time. I mean the kind of unconditional love that sticks even when you have the worst kind of hair day, when you’ve been late for everything, and even when you’re seriously doubting there will ever be a summer sun again.

This is the reason I started this story blog. One could say I found love amidst deafening darkness and now I want to share it with others. So many times lately before starting these posts I wondered how I would fit my whole journey into one little post, but then I realized that a blog is not just one post but many. In this post the important part is instead the absolute basics. The start on the journey to love, immortality and immense riches.

  1. Look yourself in a mirror.
  2. Say to yourself, “I love you.”
  3. Practice every day and whenever you need it.
  4. Try to do it unconditionally and try to believe yourself.
  5. See what happens and use it well.

In posts to come I will try to expand on this, on how to handle doubt, when you know it’s working, what to do with everything that comes with it and so on.

May you find love!

  1. Love is my faith, my religion. I see head down and encourage them to lift them, I see heart broken and preach healing, but most of all, I see settling and I challenge people to go outside their comfort zone (only when they are unhappy). Self-Love is a start but it will not truly show until you look around you and Love surrounds you. Until you can look in the mirror and respect the person you see. Good for you for encouraging my faith….Love to see a fellow believer.
